Free Open Session

Every Saturday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 AM (Paris time),

we sit together in stillness.

 

These weekly online meditation sessions are an invitation to stop doing, to be, and to return to the simplicity of presence.

No experience is needed — all are welcome.

 

Offered on a donation basis, in a spirit of openness and sharing.

Seek harmony within.

What is meditation?

Playfully offer yourself a time of non-action, of non-doing.

Observe first the body stillness, let the breath becoming an obvious movement.

It becomes so easy to catch that nothing else, even your thoughts can't be louder.

Yet by observing your breath, you ask yourself: who is observing?
