Miao Mo QiGong

Me? Who am I?
Not different from you. You and me, we sense, we feel, we breathe, we think, we observe. Here is the core of QiGong.
My name is Miao Mo.
I teach Qigong as a path of direct experience — a way to embody, explore, and sense the subtle movements of life.
My journey began in a Shaolin monastic setting under Master Shi Heng Yi guidance to discover a grounded and sincere approach to energy work, rooted in presence and inner discipline.
Later, my practice was deepened along Daoist Master Zhongxian Wu teaching, who opened the door to the spiritual cycle of Qi, the wisdom of the Five Elements, and the ancient foundations of internal alchemy.

Through the presence of Master Nim, Zen transmission and a Dharma name were entrusted — and continue to refine the path from within.

My teaching offers a time of attentive listening — to the breath, the body, and the subtle.
Through simple movements and refined awareness, my students are guided toward clarity, autonomy, and inner presence.
