Practicing Together
There are many ways to practice together.
Sessions are open to everyone, whether you are just beginning or have walked the path for years.
I teach in group settings and one-on-one, both online and in person, depending on what is the most supportive for your journey.
Each encounter is an invitation to listen differently — to the breath, the body, the inner space — and to explore the subtle, simply and sincerely.
