What is QiGong
Qigong is a ancient chinese practice that develops our ability to perceive and accompany the movement of vital energy, Qi.
Qi? This term refers to everything in motion within ourselves — breath, blood, nervous system, emotions, thoughts, etc. — but is not limited to any one of them.
Qigong is not based on belief, but on subtle attention.It invites us to release tension, restore fluidity, and cultivate inner view.It is a path of inner listening and exploration.
