2. Description of Services
Our online qigong classes are offered in two formats:
- Single class: Registration for a specific class.
- Subscription: Access to multiple classes over a defined period.
Class details:
- Duration: Between 1h and 1h30, depending on the class.
- Format: Live online classes (video).
- Educational materials: PDFs, videos, and audio files are provided and included in the price.
- Level: No prerequisites required. Classes are suitable for all levels.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration:

Payment:
- Accepted methods: Credit card, PayPal, and other methods offered via Stripe.
- Payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
- Customized payment plans (e.g., installments) can be negotiated upon request.
- Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed within 48 hours of receiving payment.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period, provided the class has not yet started and you have not yet accessed the educational materials.
Cancellation by the client (single classes):
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class starts.
- 50% of the amount retained if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class.
- No refund if cancellation is made after the class has started.

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions grant access to all online classes for the current month, as well as associated educational materials (PDFs, videos, audio).

Payment is automatically charged on the subscription anniversary date (via Stripe), unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or justification required.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (e.g., if you cancel on the 15th of the month, access remains valid until the end of that month).

No refunds will be issued for periods already paid, as access to classes and materials is immediate after payment.
How to Cancel?

To cancel, log in to your Stripe account or email us at ebarthalay@pm.me. We will send you a confirmation within 48 hours.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
Cancellation by us:
In the event of cancellation on our part (illness, force majeure), we will primarily offer to reschedule the class. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
No-show without notice:
No refund will be issued for no-shows, except in cases of proven force majeure (e.g., medical certificate). A make-up class may be offered based on availability.
5. Intellectual Property and Liability
Intellectual property:
All educational materials (PDFs, videos, audio) provided as part of the classes are protected by copyright. Rebroadcasting, sharing, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability:
- We are not responsible for technical issues on the client's side (e.g., internet connection, equipment).
- Each participant is responsable for their own practice and must listen to their body and respect their limits. We cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur during or after classes, especially in an online setting where we cannot individually supervise each participant.​
6. Disputes and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, mediation may be proposed through an approved platform (e.g., Médiation de la Consommation).

If no solution is found, disputes will be brought before the competent French courts.
