Study groups
What is a Study Group?
From guided practice to shared autonomy.

Study groups are communities of practice where Qigong is explored together.
They begin with guided sessions and gradually shift toward autonomy, as the group learns to stand on its own.

Open to everyone, including beginners, these groups cultivate a living balance of discipline and freedom — two sides of the same path.

At first, the rhythm is steady and guided. Later, meetings become less frequent, allowing the group to grow on its own, while the teacher remains in regular contact.
Each student learns to practice independently, and the group discovers how to continue working without direct guidance.
This progressive spacing cultivates both discipline and autonomy, which reveal themselves as two sides of the same path.
The aim is a community able to develop and deepen its practice by exploring Qigong from within.
