QiGong classes
QiGong practice is about nurturing a new relationship between body and mind and their hidden patterns.
My approach emphasizes autonomy in practice and focus on coordination, breathwork, deep self-awareness, mindfulness and stress release.

Who am I?
Not different from you.
We feel, we breathe, we think, we observe.
Here is the core of QiGong.
My name is Elie - aka "Miao Mo" among my buddhist and practice brothers and sisters.
My journey was shaped first by the teachings of
Master Shi Heng Yi (Shaolin) - from 2017 to 2024, and further, by the teachings of
Daoist Master Zhongxian Wu (Five Elements, internal alchemy) since 2018, and Zen Master Nim (Dharma transmission) since 2019.
Since 2020, I teach QiGong as a path of direct experience — a way to explore, sense and shape the subtle movements of life.
It gives the student the opportunity to dive into an internal exploration only each of us can do for him/herself.
