Who is Miao Mo?

Me? Who am I?

Not different from you. You and me, we sense, we feel, we breathe, we think, we observe. Here is the core of QiGong.

My name is Elie and called Miao Mo among my buddhist and practice brothers. I teach QiGong as a path of direct experience — a way to embody, explore, and sense the subtle movements of life.
It gives the opportunity to dive into an internal exploration only each of us can make for itself.

My journey was shaped by the teachings of Master Shi Heng Yi (Shaolin) - from 2017 to 2024, and continue to be by the teachings of Daoist Master Zhongxian Wu (Five Elements, inner alchemy) - since 2018, and Zen Master Nim (Dharma transmission) - since 2019.

Choose what resonates

There are many ways to walk this path together.

The focus is not on performance, but on cultivating a new relationship with the body, the mind, the emotions, and their hidden patterns.

My approach encourages autonomy in practice — and grows from my own ongoing exploration, as both student and teacher.
